Set in the beautiful Mallorcan countryside, surrounded by olive groves and the island’s characteristic landscape, our family-run riding centre and stud farm welcomes riders from all over the world. Pilar and her sister Francina breed Andalusian horses, PRE (Pura Raza Española), at the farm.

Here you can combine riding with a relaxing holiday in a beautiful setting. Choose between several different programmes focusing on dressage, show jumping, flatwork, centred riding and trail riding. The programmes are designed for different levels of experience, giving you the opportunity to develop your riding while enjoying the beauty of Mallorca.

Riding takes place in the centre’s arenas and in the surrounding countryside, and you will ride different horses throughout the week. For those who appreciate Spanish horses, there are plenty of Andalusians and PRE horses to discover, known for their expressive movements and elegant appearance. Between riding sessions, you can relax by the pool, enjoy the delicious food and welcoming atmosphere, or simply sit back and watch the horses and other riders at the centre.

One of the days also gives you the opportunity to discover Portocolom, a charming coastal town. You will be driven there and back to the riding centre, giving you time to stroll around, enjoy the seaside and experience the local atmosphere.

Choose the riding programme that suits you best and look forward to a wonderful week of riding, horses, sunshine and time to discover Mallorca.

Spain, Mallorca - Dressage & Countryside Ride

For riders who want to develop their riding with a focus on dressage and gain a deeper understanding of the partnership between horse and rider. This programme is designed for riders who have been riding regularly for several years and want to take the next step in their riding, but who do not yet have the experience required for our more advanced programme with Andalusian stallions.

During the week, you will enjoy personalised dressage lessons adapted to your level and individual goals, in small groups of no more than 2–3 riders. The focus is on developing a correct, balanced and independent seat, improving body awareness and using the aids more effectively. You will also work on creating a harmonious connection and a better partnership with your horse.

The lessons cover the fundamentals of dressage, including accurate arena figures, balance, rhythm, straightness and suppleness. Gymnastic exercises are used to develop the horse’s strength, flexibility and ability to carry itself. As you progress, you will also be introduced to the basics of lateral movements and how these exercises can contribute to the horse’s balance, responsiveness and further education.

Riders with the necessary experience, confidence and riding ability may have the opportunity to ride one of the Andalusian stallions. If another horse, such as a mare, gelding or younger horse, is considered more suitable for your level, the most appropriate horse will be carefully selected to ensure a safe, positive and rewarding riding experience.

The programme includes 5 hours of dressage lessons and one 2.5-hour trail ride. One day is set aside to explore Portocolom independently, a charming local coastal town.

All dressage training takes place on highly trained Andalusian stallions. The focus is on refining your seat and position, improving the effectiveness of your aids and developing an even more harmonious, balanced and precise partnership between horse and rider.
