1. Booking and payments
You send your booking request by filling out the booking form or by calling us. Usually within 24 hours you will get an emailed booking confirmation. Misunderstandings can occur, please check carefully that all information is correct.
The deposit (10% however at least 110 EUR) should be payed within 10 days of receiving the booking confirmation. The final payment is due 30 days before arrival. If you book later than 30 days before arrival the full amount of the trip is due immediately. Some holidays can have different payment conditions, if that is the case it is stated in the information about the holiday.
You can pay online with VISA or Mastercard or you can make a bank transfer. You will get payment instructions together with your booking confirmation.
We advice you not to book your flight before you have recieved our booking confirmation. Please note that if you have to cancel a flight the airline carriers cancellation policies will apply.

4. Change of booking
If you rebook one holiday to another or make changes to your booking more than 30 days ahead of departure we have the right to charge a administration fee of 30 EUR. Rebooking less than 30 days prior to departure is seen as a cancellation and a new booking.
Complaints must be brought to HorseXplore's attention immediately from the destination and also to the local organizer to be considered. This is because we then have a chance to correct the problem immediately. If compensation is eligible it is from the day when the complaint was filed. If an agreement cannot be reached on spot, call HorseXplore immediately and send an email with a written complaint.
It is necessary to have a comprehensive personal insurance during your holiday. For you own best we recommend that you check your private insurance. HorseXplore is not responsible for any injuries that might occur during your trip.
