Finland, Turku - Riding weekend on Finnhorses

Out in the beautiful countryside in western Finland only 40 km outside Turku you will find our stud farm and riding centre. It is a unique farm owned by the same family for eleven generations. Here you will find a solid knowledge of the Finnish horse. Every year a number of beautiful foals are born and the farm has several award-winning breeding stallions available. In addition to breeding and training horses, Elina and her brother Juha offer riding holidays with hacking. On special weekends, there is also the opportunity to learn archery and mounted air shooting on horseback.

The Finnish horse is very versatile and has a 1000 year history. Today it is mainly used as a riding horse, and has proven to be excellent as well in dressage, jumping and eventing as in trotting. And best of all, it is a wonderful friend to ride on in the beautiful scenery. The accommodation is cosy and comfortable in nice double rooms and you are offered good and nutritious food.
You will enjoy this stay.
